Synopsis: this suite of new works, specially written for Theatrecraft Youth Unlimited, has sprung from writing workshops and improvisation to find springboard raw material. This base has been taken back to the writer's desk for shaping and development.
People Meet People, It's Dark, Taste Freedom, Honesty and Donuts, Tell, Don't Tell...
totally new productions of these scripts will be performed in Bendigo in July at Engine Room theatre
Other Information: The young actors aged 13-22 performing these works have come together from all over Victoria to work intensively in a residential camp to prepare these performances... the aim for The VDL is to better equip young people through skills development, and a challenging range or experiences to put back into their local community through the arts.
